Getting started
What do I need?
Choose a drill that fits your equipment. Swing speed training uses weighted speed trainers and a radar for the readings you enter. Putting drills are built around a 13-foot mat. Approach, chipping, and pitching drills need a safe target area or simulator; a launch monitor is optional when you want measured carry distance.
Can I try the app without an account?
Yes. You can practice as a guest. Sign in when you want account syncing between the app and website. Before clearing browser storage, reinstalling, or changing devices, export any practice data you want to keep; do not assume guest sessions have been backed up to an account.
Where can I find drill instructions?
Visit the Training hub for setup instructions, app tutorials, and scoring examples. Start with the swing speed guide, Adaptive putting guide, or 10-yard chipping guide.
Find the controls on screen
Home shows your practice calendar and sync status. Train lets you search, filter by category, and mark favorites. Progress shows drill results and past sessions. Profile is where you manage your account.
Logging a result
On Swing speed trainer, enter the radar reading, then tap Log swing. Undo corrects the last entry; Finish ends the session. Hands-free and Sound on are separate controls. Adaptive putting records which attempt succeeded, while Random Green records where one shot finished.
Accounts and syncing
How do I sign in?
Use the app’s sign-in options for Apple, Google, or email. Use the same account and sign-in method on the app and website when you expect to see the same sessions.
Why are my sessions different on another device?
Check that both devices are signed in to the same account and have an internet connection. Guest practice and signed-in account practice can have different histories. If an email or sign-in provider differs, mention that when contacting support so we can help identify the issue.
What if sign-in or syncing does not work?
Check your connection, close and reopen the app, and try again. If you use email sign-in, check your inbox and spam folder for any sign-in message. If the problem persists, tell support which sign-in method you used, the device involved, and any error message. Never send your password or a sign-in code.
Hands-free logging and spoken targets
How do I use voice logging?
Enable hands-free logging in the drill and allow the microphone or speech permissions requested by your device or browser. Speak the result clearly, such as “short left” or “made.” For swing speed, say the radar number, such as “ninety six.” Check that the intended result appears on screen.
Why is speech not being recognized?
Wind, range noise, microphone permissions, and device or browser support can affect voice entry. Check microphone access for the app or browser, try a quieter spot, and use the on-screen controls whenever voice entry is unreliable. Correct an accidental entry before continuing.
Why can’t I hear the target?
Check your device volume, audio output, and any connected headphones or speakers. Confirm that spoken targets are enabled in the app. If speech remains unavailable, follow the target shown on screen.
Understanding your drill results
In chipping and pitching, “Made” means the shot was on target; in Random Green, it means on the green; in Aim putting, it means the putt was made. Keep your scoring rule consistent throughout a session. Carry is the distance the ball flies, which can differ from where it finishes after rollout.
Adaptive putting records which of up to three attempts first succeeded. Aim putting and Distance putting use one ball per target. Their results describe different tasks, so compare sessions within the same drill and setup.
Your data and account
How do I export my practice data?
Use the app’s data export option to save a copy of your practice records. If exporting fails, contact support with your app version and a description of what happens when you try.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open Profile, and use the account deletion option. Read the confirmation carefully and export any records you want to keep before deleting. If you cannot access your account or the deletion option, contact support for help.
